Forerunner Foundational Strategies

The four forerunner foundations are the essential pillars needed to become a forerunner. They are like four legs of a table, if one is weak or missing; the table cannot hold any weight and loses its purpose. The strategy  for building a forerunner is to help every member develop these four foundations.

Membership

Breaking boundaries in love and relationship.  Through life group ministries that emphasize transparent, life sharing activities, we want to overcome boundaries encountered in relationships within the church.  At Catalyst, we believe that our relations within our homes will be reflected in our relationship within the church.  We will provide tools, strategies, and mentorship to help build healthy marriages and families in our church.  And various activities and events will be held throughout the year to promote a cohesive community at Catalyst.

Maturity

Breaking boundaries in healing, spiritual warfare, discipleship, and character.  Foundational discipleship training is crucial for a forerunner to stand in the midst of a storm.  And to find freedom from all hindrance to our stand, we believe in the importance of inner healing and spiritual warfare training.  Finally, we will prepare our hearts and develop our character for God to complete the work He is doing in us.

Ministry

Breaking boundaries in gifting, calling, and purpose.  At Catalyst, we encourage individuals to identify his or her own purpose, calling, and spiritual gifts.  We want to create a community where each forerunner will find the opportunity to experience and grow in different ministries.  Resources and covering will be offered to challenge ministries to the next level.  There will be leadership and teamwork training to help overcome any barriers and conflicts within the ministry

Missions

Breaking boundaries in partnership with different churches, ministries, movements, and missions.  To make a greater impact, we believe in connecting every ministry within Catalyst with one another.  Furthermore, we need to overcome the boundaries that exist between different churches, ministries, movements, and missions outside of Catalyst.  We will build partnerships with other churches and ministries, emphasizing spiritual covering and networking.  With the power of the Holy Spirit, we will launch churches, missions, training centers, and ministries to the end of the earth.
